Hi, I am an architect. But not your typical architect. Instead of designing structures, I design experiences. I look at User Experience as reducing the friction between all the moving parts of a given system. My humanitarian approach to User Experience is something I find myself doing on a day-to-day basis; constantly putting myself in other people’s shoes and pondering the various ways in which things could be improved. I love User Experience because there can be many right answers to a given problem, allowing me to think critically and consider a variety of perspectives. While UX Design typically focuses on digital experiences, my first two years spent studying Mechanical Engineering has given me a unique perspective on physical experiences as well.
